1. Sample Policy
All samples provided by our company are complimentary. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted for sample orders.
2. Bulk Goods Policy
For bulk orders, if defective or unusable products are identified, buyers can choose one of the following solutions:
◦ Replenish qualified products in the next order for replacement;
◦ Deduct the corresponding amount of defective products from the payment of the next order.
3. Claim Procedure
Any claims for defective bulk goods must be submitted within 7 business days after the buyer receives the goods, with valid supporting evidence including photos and inspection reports.
